Summer has finally arrived!

I have so much to post, but I will start with Bill and Lynne's wedding!

We couldn't be have had a prettier day for our dear friends big day! The morning started out a little gloomy, but by the time the ceremony was over the sun was out and there were big fluffy white clouds!

Congratulations! You guys did it, and with a huge splash of class I might add!!!!!!

Crystal City Farmers Market #2

Wow! We had so much fun yesterday! It was a perfect fall day, fluffy white clouds, bright blue sky.

Crystal City Farmers Market!!!!

For the past few months, Wednesday's are the highlight of my week! The Crystal City Farmers Market is a delightful little market in the heart of Crystal City! I can buy homemade pasta, locally raised beef and chicken, fresh vegetables and flowers. Handmade crafts and so much more! How can it get any better?

For weeks I have been racking my brain trying to figure out how I can participate in the market. Alec has played guitar there, but what could I sell? Greeting cards? Crafts?

Last week the idea finally came to me, and this week I am setting up my own "booth" to take photographs! I will setting up a fall scene with hay bales, pumpkins, "mums" and a variety of props!

Last Tuesday morning I spent a few hours wandering around Faust Park! It was a beautiful day! Clear blue skys, with a few fluffy white clouds! What a nice contrast from the previous gray days of drizzle and rain!
